Ingredients

- 1 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp. sweetener (monk fruit or stevia)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or your choice)
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients together. Then add the milk and the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Preheat an oiled pan put on medium-low to medium heat.
- With a spoon, put the mixture onto the pan.
- Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes per side
- Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- You can add some blueberries, chia seeds and coconut cream!
